Complete Home renovation....
When the project first came to me as a potential..I kinda knew I HAD to have it because it was on Evelyn Avenue...come on!! it was a given..LOL.
It's a typical Toronto floorplan which we will open up, add as much functionality and 2018 into this decades old home.
The demolition revealed a few negatives as always, but overall, we are good with our plan as designed.
